(Private for Shadowstar )
Phantomwish had no particular distaste towards the Clan's own leader, Shadowstar, aside from the fact he was the cause of the amount of cats that seemed to keep piling up at her den. It was nothing she couldn't hand, she considered herself quite the expert in terms of healing, though she was rather sick of the little credit she got. It had been her entire plan to become a medicine cat for the easy power it would give her over any other warrior whom would have to work their way up to becoming a deputy. She realized that she would never become a leader herself, but medicine cats had a strong influence on their Clan leaders. Phantomwish suspected Shadowstar would be rather easy to persuade to her will, as long as she gave him what he wanted. Now, she just had to figure that out.
Phantomwish dwelled on this as she slithered up to the leader's den, icy blue eyes glinting mischievously. She kept her expression still, as not to alert him of any of her emotions. The sly she-cat was rather good at such things, lying came naturally, almost as naturally as her ambition for power. She wouldn't be satisfied until it happened, but with all good things came waiting. Phantomwish had waited this long, she could hold out until she had worked out each small detail of her plan.
"Shadowstar, dear? Are you in there?" She called in a sickly sweet voice. Phantomwish poked her head into the darkness, all that could be seen of her was a silhouette illuminated by an eerie blue glow. The rest of her body was hidden in shadow from the den, it helped conceal her nicely.
